This holiday season, we were honored to join the Christian Center of Park City for their Operation Hope event in Park City. On December 11th, families from Summit County visited the old Spirit of Halloween location in Junction Commons to select gifts for their children in the spirit of the season. We brought some of our adoptable rescues to spread joy and provide a moment of comfort and connection for everyone who stopped by.
Our partnership with the Christian Center goes beyond holiday cheer. Throughout the year, we’ve teamed up to support their food pantries by distributing free cat and dog food, along with other pet supplies, to local families in need. While there, we also shared information about our low-cost Community Clinic, which provides affordable dental care, vaccinations, and spay/neuter surgeries for pets.
This work reflects one of the core pillars of Nuzzles & Co: helping people. By supporting families in need and ensuring their pets have access to food, supplies, and low-cost vital veterinary care, we’re not just saving animals — we’re keeping families together! Families shouldn’t have to surrender their beloved pets because of financial hardship, and helping those pets stay with their families means that we can save even more animals who haven’t yet found a loving home of their own.
Together, we’re creating a stronger, more compassionate community — one where no family has to face the heartbreak of choosing between caring for their pets and meeting other essential needs. This partnership is a beautiful example of what can be accomplished when organizations come together to lift up people and animals alike. We look forward to continuing this meaningful work with the Christian Center in 2025 and beyond.
