Our Rescue Ranch: bustling every day with purrs, wags, and miracles.

For decades, Nuzzles & Co. Pet Rescue and Adoption has provided a loving, nurturing place for shelter animals who were at risk of being euthanized due to overcrowding. We’ve offered a soft, safe landing place for these dogs and cats, who are homeless through no fault of their own. 

 

During the pandemic and beyond, we’ve faced challenges unlike any other. 

2020 was a challenging  year for all of us, but we were committed to continuing to further our mission and save the lives of homeless animals in need, and we will continue to do so in 2021 and beyond.

More animals need our help now—and you can help us answer the call. 

After March 2020, our intake increased by over 40% due to the increase in animals without a place to call home, and in 2021, our our intake has increased nearly 10% over 2020. We have been rescuing, providing medical care, and finding loving forever homes for cats and dogs at an extraordinary pace. Even during these unprecedented times, we are determined to always provide a safe sanctuary for animals in need.

By donating today to the Nuzzles & Co. Legacy of Love Campaign, you can build our emergency funds and ensure we’re never faced with the heartbreaking decision to turn away an injured or sick animal in need due to a lack of funding.

Sponsor a room or area at the Rescue Ranch.

In honor of this extraordinary rescue facility’s ten-year anniversary, we are inviting donors to sponsor the rooms and spaces where the real magic happens. From our veterinary suite to our dog kennels, kitten room, dog training yard, cat sanctuary, and puppy play area, you can show your support by naming and sponsoring the space. Donation tiers vary, so there’s sure to be something for your organization, company, family, or memorial tribute to a loved one or pet. A beautiful name placard on that space’s entryway will showcase your dedication to the rescue animals.

Purchase a Memory Brick for the Rescue Ranch patio.

The Rescue Ranch patio looks out over our beautiful mountains, with name-etched bricks covering the ground where rescue animals, staff, and volunteers come and go in their day-to-day life-saving work. You can add your name to this peaceful place by purchasing a brick of your own or in your family or organization’s name. Each brick sponsorship literally becomes a part of our Ranch framework for good.

With thousands of animals coming through our doors in need of care each year, we run through an incredible amount of food and supplies. By donating to cover these costs, you allow us to keep saving these dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens who need us so desperately.
