At just about a year and a half, Mr. Tibbs may appear a bit nervous at first, but with time and patience, he promises to be a fantastic addition to your Netflix schedule—especially if there’s a mystery involved! Currently stationed at our Rescue Ranch, Mr. Tibbs invites you to come and meet him, letting him solve the mystery of finding the purrfect match in your heart!
